ba994 Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and ba994 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of all services available at ba994, including sports betting, live casino, slots, and any other gaming or promotional products. By registering an account, logging in, or placing any wager on ba994, you unconditionally accept these Terms in full. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the ba994 platform.

1 Definitions

The following definitions apply throughout these Terms:

• "Account" means the registered user account created by a Player on the ba994 platform.
• "Balance" means the total of real-money funds held in a Player's ba994 wallet, excluding any bonus funds.

• "BDT" means Bangladeshi Taka (৳), the sole currency in which all transactions on ba994 are conducted.
• "Verification Documents" means government-issued identification, proof of address, and/or proof of payment method that ba994 may request to verify a Player's identity and eligibility.
• "Prohibited Jurisdiction" means any country or territory from which access to online gambling services is restricted or prohibited by applicable law.

2 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the ba994 Platform and creating an account, you confirm that:

• You have read and understood these Terms in their entirety.
• You agree to be bound by these Terms and any supplementary rules, bonus terms, or game-specific rules published on the Platform.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent or representative of any third party.
• You are not located in a Prohibited Jurisdiction.
• All information you provide during registration and at any subsequent point is accurate, complete, and up to date.

These Terms are effective from the date you create your ba994 account and remain in force until your account is closed, whether by you or by ba994.

3 Eligibility

3.1 Age Requirement

Any account found to belong to a player under the age of 21 will be suspended immediately, all winnings generated will be voided, and any deposited funds will be returned net of any bonuses claimed.

3.2 Geographic Eligibility

The ba994 Platform is designed for and marketed to players located in Bangladesh. Players are solely responsible for ensuring that their use of the Platform complies with local laws in their jurisdiction. ba994 does not accept registrations from players located in jurisdictions where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by national law.

3.3 Personal Eligibility

Players who have previously been self-excluded from ba994 or any affiliated platform, or who have been excluded by a third-party responsible gaming body, are not eligible to hold or use a ba994 account during any active exclusion period.

4 Account Registration

4.1 One Account Policy

Each individual is permitted to hold only one registered account on the ba994 Platform. The creation of duplicate or multiple accounts — whether under the same or different personal details — is a breach of these Terms. ba994 reserves the right to merge, suspend, or permanently close duplicate accounts and to forfeit any balances or bonuses held in those accounts.

4.2 Registration Information

You must provide accurate, truthful, and complete information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, mobile number, and preferred payment method details. You are responsible for keeping your account information current. ba994 is not liable for losses arising from outdated or incorrect account information provided by you.

4.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any other person. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify ba994 support immediately at [email protected]. ba994 is not liable for losses resulting from unauthorised access where the Player has failed to maintain adequate account security.

4.4 Identity Verification (KYC)

ba994 may request identity verification documents at any point, including but not limited to: a national identity card, passport, or driving licence; a recent utility bill or bank statement as proof of address; and a screenshot or confirmation of the payment method used for deposits. Failure to provide requested verification documents within the specified timeframe may result in suspension of withdrawal privileges or account closure.

5 Deposits & Withdrawals

5.1 Deposit Methods and Limits

ba994 accepts deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. All deposits are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. Maximum deposit limits may apply per transaction and per day depending on the payment method used. ba994 does not charge fees on deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.

5.2 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit wherever technically possible. This is a fraud prevention measure. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals are subject to successful completion of KYC verification. Standard processing times are one to three business days, though delays may occur due to verification requirements or payment provider processing times.

5.3 Currency

All account balances, deposits, bets, winnings, and withdrawals are denominated exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). ba994 does not apply currency conversion or exchange-rate adjustments to BDT transactions.

5.4 Transaction Responsibility

You are solely responsible for ensuring that deposit and withdrawal instructions you submit are accurate. ba994 is not liable for funds lost due to incorrect payment details entered by the Player. Once a withdrawal request has been submitted and approved, it cannot be reversed.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

6.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses, free bets, reload offers, and promotional credits issued by ba994 are subject to wagering requirements before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. The specific wagering multiplier, eligible games, minimum odds, and expiry period applicable to each promotion are set out in the individual promotion's terms, which are published on the ba994 Platform and form part of these Terms.

6.2 Bonus Abuse

Any attempt to exploit ba994's bonus system — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim welcome offers more than once, placing offsetting bets across accounts or with third parties to guarantee a profit regardless of outcome (bonus arbitrage), or using automated software to meet wagering requirements — constitutes bonus abuse and is grounds for immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all bonus-derived funds.

6.3 ba994's Right to Modify Promotions

ba994 reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time and without prior notice. Changes will not affect bonus offers that have already been accepted by a Player and are in active use, except where evidence of abuse or a technical error exists.

7 Betting & Gaming Rules

7.1 Acceptance of Bets

ba994 reserves the right to decline, limit, or void any bet at its sole discretion, including where a bet is placed on an event with incorrectly displayed odds due to a technical error, where ba994 reasonably suspects that a bet forms part of a prohibited scheme, or where applicable regulatory or operational constraints require it.

7.2 Odds and Results

All sports betting odds are subject to change up to the moment a bet is confirmed. Once a bet is accepted and a confirmation reference is issued, the odds are locked for that wager. Settlement of bets is based on official results as declared by the relevant governing body (e.g., ICC, BCB, FIFA). In the event of a dispute regarding a result, ba994's decision — made in good faith based on available official data — is final.

7.3 Casino and Slots Games

All casino and slot games available on ba994 are provided by certified third-party software studios including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. Game outcomes are determined by independently audited Random Number Generator (RNG) systems or, in the case of live casino, by real-time dealer action. ba994 does not modify or influence game outcomes in any way.

7.4 Minimum and Maximum Stakes

8 Prohibited Conduct

• Collusion: Coordinating with other Players to manipulate the outcome of a game, share hand or card information in live games, or otherwise gain an unfair advantage.
• Use of Automated Systems: Using bots, scripts, AI-assisted betting software, or any automated tool to place bets or interact with the Platform without manual human input.
• Exploiting Technical Errors: Knowingly exploiting software bugs, pricing errors, or system malfunctions to generate winnings that would not have been possible under normal operating conditions.
• Chargebacks: Initiating a payment dispute or chargeback with your bank or payment provider without first exhausting ba994's internal dispute resolution process. Unwarranted chargebacks will result in permanent account closure.
• Unauthorised Commercial Activity: Advertising, promoting, or reselling ba994 services without express written authorisation from ba994.

9 Intellectual Property

All content on the ba994 Platform — including but not limited to the ba994 brand name and logo, website design, graphics, text, software code, game interfaces, and promotional materials — is the property of ba994 or its licensed content partners and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal entertainment purposes. You may not copy, reproduce, redistribute, sell, or create derivative works from any ba994 Platform content without prior written consent.

10 Privacy & Data

ba994's collection, storage, and use of your personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering an account, you consent to ba994 processing your personal data in accordance with the Privacy Policy. In summary: we collect only the data necessary to operate your account, verify your identity, process transactions, and comply with legal obligations. 11 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ba994 shall not be liable for:

ba994's total aggregate liability to any Player in respect of any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

12 Responsible Gaming

ba994 is committed to providing a safe and controlled gaming environment. We provide the following responsible gaming tools to all account holders, accessible directly from the account dashboard:

13 Termination

13.1 Closure by Player

13.2 Closure by ba994

ba994 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to: breach of these Terms; suspected fraud, money laundering, or collusion; failure to provide required KYC documentation; or where continued operation of the account would conflict with applicable legal or regulatory requirements. In cases of suspected fraud, ba994 may withhold the account balance pending investigation.

14 Amendments to These Terms

ba994 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Where a material change is made, ba994 will notify registered Players by email to the address on file and/or by displaying a notice on the Platform. Continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. These Terms are published in English. English is the governing language of this agreement. Any translation provided for convenience does not alter the meaning or enforceability of the English-language text.
